It is a modern high rise in concrete and glass building. The property has been very well designed and is a high-class property in this rich and cheerful area.
Lobby
The lobby is large and very luxuriously designed with a black granite floor and ample seating with comfortable chairs and rich wood tables. A high glass sheet window overlooking the surrounding area makes the lobby more bright and elegant in style. It also features a very high ceiling. A classic piano plays every evening to ease the hectic day into a little relaxation and so begins the colourful evening.
